TPU Fabric – 20D Nylon Mini Ripstop 0.06 Single TPU

Waterproof & Airtight TPU Coated Ripstop Nylon Fabric : 

TPU fabric is also a kind of fabric usually used for outdoor gears like packrafts , sleeping pad , mattress , pillow and so on.  So this is what we do now.  Our fabric coated by single side TPU ( thermoplastic polyurethane) and is from 0.06 MM . The basic fabric is 70D  hexagon ripstop nylon fabric, which is durable and suitable thickness. 

TPU material is a lot of advadntages and better than PVC , EVA ,TPE and so on.  It's more eco-friendly and good waterproof , durable in use.  

For this fabric,  you can use it to make packraft ,  inflatable sleeping pad , mattress , pillow and some medical equipment.  

TPU cannot do seam tape and it production is melt the TPU chips and then hot press on the fabric , so it will get through the space next yarn. This will make the tear strength of fabric be poor but tensile strength is still good.  Don't worry,  when you heat-press tpu together and then it will good for use.
