UHMWPE Ripstop Fabric, is a high-performance composite material used in high-strength, low-weight applications.
Our fabric is made by 200D UHMWPE yarn blended 100D abrasion resistance nylon yarn. And woven design as hybrid ripstop ( UHMWPE Square grid + Nylon 400D Plain + Nylon 200D Diamond). The multi-layer tear-resistant technology ensures that the fabric maintains excellent strength.
Material is constructed from a thin sheet of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE, ) laminated between two sheets of polyester. And it is used in various applications that call for a fabric with high tensile strength, but where low weight is desirable, such as sails , Backpack , Bag equipment.
